Collective system in negative pressure for closed heaters
The Opsinox CLV negative pressure chimney is designed for houses and apartment buildings where several closed heating appliances are connected to a common duct. The concentric system provides the boilers with a combined air supply (outer pipe, stainless steel AISI 304) and combustion gas discharge (inner pipe, stainless steel AISI 316L). Both ducts discharge at the top into the same pressure zone. The pressure equalization opening at the bottom of the bottom element, through which both channels are connected, ensures the proper chimney operation of the system.
The complete combustion circuit is isolated from the living spaces, no air is extracted from the house for combustion. This excludes the backflow of burned gases into the house. The combustion appliance can therefore also be placed in an enclosed space.
In practice, up to 20 boilers can be connected, with a maximum of 4 per floor and with capacities between 20 and 35 kW. The connections for the boilers are standard parallel 80/80 or concentric 80/125, other dimensions can be obtained on request. The system is suitable for both gas and oil heating appliances of the condensing type C4.2 or C4.3.
