Flue gas disposal

You can count on Opsinox for flue gas discharge

The best type of flue gas discharge to choose from depends on various factors. These include the type of heater and appliance, its use and combustion, as well as the location of the flue. Opsinox has extensive experience in the installation of flue gas discharge. Ask our experts for advice and install the best flue that fits your installation. Count on our expert advice and excellent service.

The right flue adapted to your heating system

The flue gas discharge must be adapted to both the heating appliance and the fuel used. This is especially important for high efficiency boilers that use both fuel oil and gas. It is therefore essential to think carefully in advance about the requirements that the flue gas discharge must meet. In addition, each heating appliance must have its own flue gas outlet and therefore cannot be shared.

GASCO

The Opsinox® GASCO range has been specially developed for the connection of gas fires with closed combustion. This means that during the combustion process, air is not extracted from the room but is fed into the combustion chamber through the outer pipe. Via the inner pipe the smoke gases are being discharged, it concerns a concentric system.

A concentric flue consists of an inner and an outer flue, both made of stainless steel 304. These ducts can be used for flue gases with a continuous temperature up to 450°C and are suitable for non-condensing combustion of gas in underpressure applications.

The range includes all necessary elements to realise the most diverse connections. This does not only include straight elements, but also horizontal and vertical outlets, bends, etc. Thanks to our own production in Nazareth (Deinze), we can also respond flexibly and quickly to specific requests, in addition to our standard range.
